成都平原农地资源劳动力承载力研究

Research on the Labor Carrying Capacity of Agricultural Land Resources in Chengdu Plain

本文在对成都平原9县26镇53村进行调查的基础上,综合考虑生产条件、劳动力状况、土地利用类型、作物类型等,以从事农业人员的劳动能力的角度出发,提出最大劳均负担农地面积、现状农地资源劳动力承载力、最优农地资源劳动力承载力等概念。通过调查数据测算出成都平原最大劳均负担农地面积的标准,以此作为现状农地资源劳动力承载量的计算标准。并对大邑县永兴村的现状农地资源劳动力承载量进行了测算。为统筹城乡发展、农地资源利用结构调整、农业富余劳动力测算、农业劳动力解放和转移安置等问题提供科学支撑和依据。

The purpose of the paper is to explore calculating standards and methods of the labor carrying capacity of agricultural land resources in Chengdu plain.Methods employed include field investigation,questionnaire,interview,statistical,literature.The results show the calculating standards of the labor carrying capacity of agricultural land resources in Chengdu plain,and constructed formula for estimation the quantity of agricultural surplus labor force in instance villages.
