摘要 目的:对辽宁省不同产区栽培种五味子果实从化学成分角度进行品质评价。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法对五味子果实木脂素类指标成分含量进行分析。结果:对5种指标成分及其指标总含量进行统计分析,结果显示:平原地区栽培种与野生种样品比较,指标性成分五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子乙素及5种指标总含量有显著性差异(P<0.05);辽东山区栽培种与野生种比较各指标含量及指标总含量无显著性差异。结论:辽东山区栽培种五味子果实在指标性成分含量方面与野生种更相似。 AIM:The cultivated Fructus Schisandrae fruits in different habitats in Liaoning province were eval-uated through the difference in chemical constituents.METHODS:RP-HPLC method was applied to comparing the marker ingredients,lignanoid content,in Fructus Schisandrae fruits.RESULTS:By statistical methods,the re-sults showed that significant difference existed between the species cultivated in plain habitats and the wild species as far as schisandrin,schisandrol B,schisandrin band the overall five marker ingredient contents were concerned(P 〈0.05).There was no significant difference between the species cultivated in east mountain habitats of Liaon-ing Province and the wild species as far as every marker ingredient and the overall five ingredients were concerned.CONCLUSION:The quality of the cultivated Fructus Schisandrae in east mountain habitats of Liaoning Province is familiar to that of the wild species.
