摘要
目的:建立四物汤(熟地黄,当归,白芍和川芎)HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB-Aq色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱);白芍特征峰的检测波长为230 nm,熟地黄、当归与川芎特征峰的检测波长为290nm;流速为1 mL/min;柱温为35℃。结果:在230 nm条件下,四物汤中共标示出白芍的10个共有峰;在290 nm条件下,共标示出熟地黄、当归与川芎的17个共有峰。结论:方法准确可靠,重复性好,为四物汤物质基础研究提供了一定参考。
AIM:To establish the method for analysing fingerprint of Siwu Decoction(Rehmannina radix praeparata,Angelicae sinensis radix,Paeoniae radix alba and Chuanxiong radix).METHODS:HPLC with Zorbax SB-Aq was used,acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was set at 230 nm for Paeoniae radix Alba and at 290 nm for Rehmannia radix praeparata,Angelicae sinensi radix and Chuanxiong,flow rate was 1mL/min,and column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS:Ten common peaks originated from Paeoniae radix Alba were separated from Siwu Decoction at 230 nm;Seventeen common peaks were separated at 290 nm,stemed from Rehmanniae radix praeparata,Angelicae sinensis radix and Chuanxiong radix.CONCLUSION:The method is reliable,accurate and provides a reference for the material base of Siwu Decoction.
