摘要
针对塔河油田低渗裂缝型油藏的高温高矿化度特殊地质情况,首先合成了交联剂醋酸铬TH-1及酚醛树脂TH-2,以成胶时间和成胶强度为评价指标,通过筛选丙烯酰胺AM、TH-1、TH-2、引发剂等加量,制备了耐温抗盐深部调剖堵水体系THD-1,并测定了THD-1体系的耐盐性能和对岩心的封堵能力。实验结果表明,THD-1有很好的耐盐(220000 mg/L)、耐温性能,在130℃条件能稳定30 d,并有很高的强度及裂缝封堵能力,对岩心渗透率损害率较低,仅9.1%。
Aimed at the high temperature and high salinity condition of low permeability fractured reservoir,in Tahe oilfield,the crosslinker TH-1 and TH-2 were synthesized in the first step,and then with gelling time and gel strength as criteria,a deep profile controlling agents with salt and temperature resistance THD-1 was prepared by regulating the dosage of acrylamide,TH-1,TH-1 and initiator.The performance of heat resistance and plugging capacity of the THD-1 was investigated.The results showed that THD-1 had good salt tolerance(220000 mg/L) and heat resistance,being stable at 130℃ for 30 d,and high gel strength and plugging capacity.The permeability damage rate of the THD-1 used in the nature core in Tahe oilfield was lower,being 9.1%.
