摘要
针对吉林红岗油田实际开发需求,采用仪器检测和理论分析方法,开展了2种调剖剂即Cr3+聚合物凝胶和缓膨聚合物颗粒与二元复合体系的配伍性研究。结果表明,在二元复合体系中添加Cr3+交联剂后,体系黏度随Cr3+浓度增加而降低,界面张力及其随时间变化趋势受Cr3+影响不大,基本上都在10-2~10-3mN/m;而缓膨聚合物颗粒与二元复合体系接触后,体系黏度降低了50.60%~90.05%,界面张力由3.65×10-3mN/m最高上升到1.15×10-1mN/m,并且添加量越多、时间越长,影响程度越大。由此可见,Cr3+聚合物凝胶与二元复合体系具有较好的配伍性,而缓膨聚合物颗粒则较差。流动性实验表明,在二元复合体系中加入Cr3+交联剂后,其阻力系数和残余阻力系数增加了几倍到几十倍甚至更高,流度控制能力得到明显改善。
In view of the exploitation need of Jilin Honggang oilfield,the compatibility between profile control agent,such as Cr^3+ polymer gel and polymer retarding swelling particles,and "surfactant/polymer"(SP) system was studied by means of theoretical analysis and instrument testing.The results showed that,when Cr^3+ was put into the SP system,with the increase of the concentration of Cr^3+,the viscosity of the system decreased,the variation tendency of the interfacial tension and interfacial tension were in good agreement with traditional SP system,basically,in range of 10^-2—10^-3mN/m.When polymer retarding swelling particles was put into the SP system,the viscosity of the system reduced by 50.60% — 90.05%,and the interfacial tension increased from 3.65×10^-3mN/m to 1.15×10^-1 mN/m at most,moreover,the effect would more serious with the increase of the addition of polymer retarding swelling particles and the extension of time.As a result,Cr^3+ had better compatibility with the SP system than that the polymer retarding swelling particles had.Flow experiments results showed that,when Cr^3+ was put into the SP system,drag coefficient and residual resistance coefficient of the system increased by several times to ten times or more,and the mobility control ability of the system were improved obviously.
