摘要
注聚区采出液成份越来越复杂,常规的破乳剂和污水处理剂已不能满足现场需要。针对这个问题,开发了一种用于油田注聚区污水处理的高效油水分离剂SCL-1,由破乳剂BHY-69A和高效水处理剂668复配而成。668、BHY-69A、SCL-1和现场药剂在油田注聚区采出液油水分离效果的对比结果表明,SCL-1复合药剂的效果显著,脱水量15~20 mL,中间层0.2~0.5 mL,脱水率44.6%~59.5%,脱出水含油量15.1~21.4 mg/L,脱水效果和清水效果均较好,基本消除了中间层。现场应用效果较好。
The composition of produced liquid in polymer injection well was more complex.As a result,conventional demulsifier and wastewater treatment agent could not meet the need.An effective oil-water separation agent SCL-1 compounded by demulsifier BHY-69A and water treatment agent 668 was developed.668,BHY-69A,SCL-1 and site reagent LGS-2 were used to the test of oil-water separation from polymer drive output liquid,respectively.The results showed that the separation efficiency of SCL-1 was the best with intermediate layer 0.2—0.5 mL,dehydration rate 44.6%—59.5%,oil content of produced water 15.1—21.4 mg/L.The effect of dehydration and clarification was good and the middle tier was eliminated basically.
