摘要
近些年来,很多研究围绕AS和SpA的诊治展开,2009年和2010年ASAS分别发表了中轴型和外周型SpA的分类新标准,为临床工作中提高AS和SpA早期诊断的敏感度和特异度提供了重要的工具。其中MR I技术的不断进步,使其在诊断中的核心地位得到公认;未来最有希望的研究是确定AS相关基因的结构性变异及探讨这些变异如何影响相关信号上下游通路。关于这些方面的临床研究已领先一步,相关的基础研究提示AS病理过程的主要信号通路不容忽视。
Objective: In recent years, many studies focused on the diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and spondyloarthropathy. New diagnostic criteria for axial and peripheral spondyloarthropathy were developed by ASAS in 2009 and 2010 respectively, which provided better sensitivity and better specificity for the early diagnosis of AS and SpA. The advancing of MRI technique made its core status in the diagnosis generally recognized. The most promising future research will focus on determining the structural variation of AS-related genes and exploring how these variations affect the upstream and downstream signaling pathways.
