广州农民工生存状态及社会保障问题的研究

Guangzhou farmer worker existing situation and social security guarantee problem research

本文在对广州农民工进行实证调查的基础上,客观反映了其生存状态,深入分析了其社会保障情况,并结合广州实际,提出了完善培训教育、就业服务、社会保险、公共服务和权益保障"五位一体"的广州农民工社会保障体系的战略思路与对策建议。

Based on the empirical investigation on the migrant workers in Guangzhou,this paper objectively reflects their living conditions and deeply analyzes their social security situation.Combined with the current reality of Guangzhou,it proposes the strategic thinking and suggestions about the＂Five in One＂ of social security system of migrant workers in Guangzhou which contains training and education,employment services,social insurance,public services and rights protection.
