"十一五"以来,辽宁金融业以市场为导向的金融资源配置能力进一步增强,并为全省经济社会的协调发展提供了强力支撑。但相对而言,辽宁金融业发展的整体发展水平还不高,金融风险反弹压力依然存在,其根本原因在于金融市场深化程度不够,内涵机制培育不足。因此,把推进区域金融市场深化作为"十二五"时期金融改革与发展的主攻方向就显得尤为重要。

Since the ＂11th five-year plan＂,the allocation ability of financial resources of liaoning finance oriented market is to further enhance,and provides powerful support for the coordinated development of the liaoning economic society.But relatively,the overall development of liaoning finance is not high,the pressure of rebound of the financial risk exists,the fundamental cause lies in the financial market deepening scarcity,mechanism connotation cultivating scarcity.Therefore,it is particularly important to promote regional financial markets deepening as the ＂12th five-year plan＂,the reform and development of the financial main direction.
