过去我国农村金融多处于高度地金融抑制状态,导致农村金融市场严重信息失衡,对三农的发展产生极大伤害,甚至阻碍着政府对三农的扶助政策发挥作用,因此,有必要对我国农村金融市场进行适当地调整和改正。建基于信息失衡之上的金融约束理论能有效解决我国家农村金融改革,因此,基于金融约束分析下农村金融改革的研究就显得相当有必要。

In the past our country rural finance more highly financial repression,cause serious information of rural financial market to the development of agriculture,imbalance,greatly damage,even for agriculture,hindering the government policy of AIDS,therefore,it is necessary for our country rural financial market adjustment and correct appropriately.Based on information constraint theory of financial imbalances can effectively solve the our country rural financial reform,therefore,based on the analysis of the financial constraints of rural financial reform research appears quite necessary.
