摘要 介绍了聚氯乙烯(PVC)增塑剂环氧脂肪酸甲酯的制备方法:采用生物型脂肪酸甲酯为原料,双氧水为给氧体,有机酸作载体,在不使用任何溶剂、稳定剂和酸性催化剂的条件下,采用封闭式冷却循环装置一步法制得环氧增塑剂产品;讨论了环氧脂肪酸甲酯在PVC生产中的应用情况。 Process for the preparation of methyl ester of epoxy fatty acid was introduced. Methyl ester of epoxy fatty acid was prepared in a closed cooling circulation system in one step by using biological type methyl ester of fatty acid as raw materials, hydrogen peroxide as oxygen donor and organic acid as carrier in the absence of any solvent, stabilizer and acid catalyst. The application of methyl ester of epoxy fatty acid in production of PVC was discussed.
