煤炭企业要在有序的竞争中求发展

Coal mines to seek development in orderly competition

尽管我国煤炭工业前景光明，但目前遇到供过于求、竞争无序、资金紧张和亏损严重的严峻挑战。本文讨论了国有重点煤矿的原煤成本、生产效率和煤炭出口问题。认为提高煤炭竞争力的主要对策是：抓好关井压产控制总量；建立有序的市场竞争环境；依靠科技减员提效，进一步降低煤炭生产成本；加大产业结构调整力度；鼓励扩大煤炭出口和盘活煤炭企业资产。

Although a bright prospect is in store for coal mines in China, challenges such as supply greater than demand, disorderly competition, stringent finance and serious losses still exist. This article discusses the problems such as raw coal cost, production efficiency and coal export with the state owned key coal mines. The article thinks that the major countermeasure for improving coal competitiveness is to do a better job in mine closure, coal production reduction for overall coal output regulation and reducing the overall losses of the coal sector by implementing further deepened reforms; establishing an environment in which orderly competition is ensured; further lowering coal production costs and improving overall efficiency at reduced manpower; intensifying industrial structure readjustment as well as encouraging coal exports and invigorating the assets of the coal enterprises.
