金玄痔科熏洗散抗炎有效物质部位的指纹图谱研究

Fingerprint Analysis of Anti-inflammatory Effective Parts of Jinxuan Zhike Powders for Fumigation and Washing

目的:建立金玄痔科熏洗散抗炎有效物质部位的高效液相指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Venusil XBPC_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温35℃,检测波长335nm。结果:确定了21个共有峰,分析方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性良好。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于金玄痔科熏洗散抗炎有效物质部位提取物的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish an HPLC fingerprint of anti-inflammatory effective parts of Jinxuan Zhike powders for fumigation and washing. Method： The HPLC separation was performed on a Venusil XBP C18 column （250 mm×4.6mm,5μm） with methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 , the column temperature was 35℃, and the detection wavelength was 335 nm. Result： Twenty-one common peaks were determined. The method was precise, stable and reproducible. Conclusion： The method is reliable, accurate and call be used as a quality control method for the determination of anti-inflammatory effective parts of Jinxuan Zhike powders for fumigation and washing.
