摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定安神健脑液中棘苷的含量。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.005 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾(12:88)作为流动相,流速为0.8 ml·min^(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:334 nm。结果:棘苷在4.2～84.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.83%。结论:本方法快速简便,重复性好,结果准确,可用于该制剂中棘苷的定量分析。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of spinosin in Anshen Jiannao liquid. Method： The Hypersil C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm ,5 μm） column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 005 mol· L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （12：88 ） ,the flow rate was 0. 8 ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, ancl the＇ detection wavelength was 334nm. Result： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 4. 2-84. 0 μg·ml^-1, the average recovery was 98. 8% with RSD of 0. 83%. Conclusion： The method is simple,repeatable and accurate. It can be applied in quantitative determination of spinosin in Anshen Jiannao liquid.
