挂车科研项目主要技术成果的应用

Major Technical Achievements as applied to Trailer Practice

本文扼要介绍交通部公路科学研究所在汽车拖挂方面的主要研究成果的推广应用情况,分为汽车拖带挂车运行技术状况的研究、全挂车无主销滚珠式转盘、挂车制动装置及其性能评价、半挂车车架结构、半挂牵引车的改装方案、挂车车轴结构、标准化与产品质量检测、有限元计算与构件应力电测量等八个方面。

In this paper the popularization of research achievements of Research Insti-tute of Highway of the Ministry of Communications on trailers are briefly pre-sented including the maximum weight of trailer to match its operation perfor-mance, the ball bearing rotary table without kingpin for full trailer, the trailerbrake system and the evaluation of its performance, semi-trailer frame struc-ture, reformation schemes for semi-trailer tractors, trailer shaft structure,standardization and product quality control, calculations by using finite elementmethod and measurement of component stress by electrouic devices.
