从高速铁路技术标准体系研究工作、标准制修订工作、标准审查与发布工作和铁路国际标准化工作等方面,总结2010年铁路标准化工作取得的重要进展。分析我国铁路标准化工作存在的问题。在加快高速铁路技术标准制修订、加强国际标准工作力度、铁道行业标准管理和铁道国家标准制修订等方面,提出2011年铁道行业标准化重点工作。

The author summarizes the important progresses made in the field of railway standardization work in 2010 from 5 aspects,including the research of high-speed railway technical standards system,the formulation and modification of standards,authorization of standards,issuing of standards and the railway international standardization work.The problems in China railway standardization work are analyzed.The author puts forwards the key tasks of the 2011 railway standard work from the 4 aspects,i.e,accelerating the formulation and modification of high-speed railway standards,paying more attention on international standardization work,management of railway industry standards,formulation and modification of national railway standards.
