摘要
针对《立式钢质油罐换底大修改造技术规程(试行)》中,所涉及到的当前油库比较常用的复合罐底法,对待完善的构造和施工中的一些细节问题需进一步探讨的情况,结合多次实际油罐换底施工的做法和体会,就复合罐底的基本构造、旧罐底基础空鼓的处理、环形支撑角钢的安装、沥青砂垫层的铺设、罐底新板的组装、包边角钢的安装和检验等进行了较详细的介绍,希望能为规程的具体实施起到一定的借鉴作用,认为选择合适的工艺和施工程序可以解决施工过程中遇到的难题,复合罐底法具有广阔的应用前景。
Composite tank bottom method is common used in bottom replacement revamp of vertical steel oil tank in oil depot, which features safe construction with no space limit. Combining actual bottom replacement construction, the basic structure, construction program of composite bottom method and problems in construction process were introduced. Actual construction indicated that selecting suitable process and construction program could solve the problems in the construction process.
