摘要
根据相关理论结合多年参与储运设施改造建设的实践,提出实现成品油储运设施改造项目最优化的几点建议:一是深入开展周边环境分析,把握储运设施建设可持续发展方向;二是建立用地优化模型,实现土地资源利用最大化;三是强化施工过程控制,为储运设施建成投用后运行管理夯实基础。
According to the relative theory, combining the experience of storage facility revamp for several years, the advices for optimization of revamp project of oil product storage facility were proposed including deep analysis of surroundings, establishing field optimization model, and strengthening process control of construction.
