就成品油公路运输配送网络布局、设施效率、运力配置、配送优化、服务水平、经济效益和社会责任等方面,用定量和定性的方法,研究建立了指标评价体系,以社会总体效益最大化为目标考察运营水平。
Oil Products distribution is one of important links in oil products sales system and its operation level affects directly the profit and service quality of enterprise. The evaluation of oil product distribution should be implemented using comprehensive evaluation system from the aspects of network layout, facilities efficiency, transportation ability configuration, distribution optimization, service quality, economic benefit and social responsibility, with the target of the general social benefit maximization.
