军队伤病员住院医疗费用分析

Study on the Medical Expenses of Military Inpatients

目的分析军队伤病员住院医疗费用特点。方法通过计算机采集17697例军队伤病员住院患者电子病历,运用统计资料汇总分析方法进行分析。结果军队伤病员住院患者主要以呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病和肿瘤等病种为主,年龄、住院天数、住院次数、抢救次数和护理天数与医疗费用呈非线性正相关。结论加强对重点病种的诊治研究,做好重点人群院前医疗保健,规范实报实销费用管理,完善标准经费补贴模式,走军地融合之路是切实做好军队伤病员医疗保健的关键点。

Objective To analyze the configuration of medical expenses of military inpatients.Methods The data of 17 697 military inpatients were collected and analyzed by computer.Results The diseases of military inpatients were mainly respiratory diseases,circulatory system diseases,and tumor diseases.The disease distribution was relatively centralized.Non -linear positive correlation exists between age,hospitalization days,hospitalized times,emergency treatment times,nursing days and medical expense.Conclusions The key points of improving health care of military inpatients include：strengthening the research on diagnosis and treatment of main diseases, improving the health care of military outpatients,strengthening the supervision mechanism of medical expense of generals,and perfecting the pattern of standard subsidy.
