2型糖尿病患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素检测结果分析 被引量:8

Detection of levels of blood glucose,glycosylated,hemoglobin and insulin in type 2 diabetic patients

摘要 目的通过检测糖耐量正常与糖代谢异常人群的血糖(GLU)、胰岛素(INS)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系,了解2型糖尿病患者代谢中血糖与胰岛β细胞功能的关系。方法对55名初诊为2型糖尿病患者及50名正常人的空腹血糖、2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、2h胰岛素和糖化血红蛋白分别采用酶法、化学发光法、免疫比浊法进行测定,采用SPSS 15.0软件进行分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖、2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、2h胰岛素和糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(11.12±2.91)mmol/L、(19.40±3.38)mmol/L、(20.27±7.44)μU/L、(28.65±10.16)μU/L、(10.74±2.13)%,均高于正常人的(5.35±0.60)mmol/L、(8.38±1.31)mmol/L、(11.47±2.26)μU/L、(35.21±11.38)μU/L、(5.32±0.63)%,差异明显,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2型糖尿病不同年龄间同一时间段各项指标差异均无统计学意义。结论胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白的检测对评估2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能关系有重要的作用。 Aim To understand the relationship between blood glucose (GLU) and islet 15-cell function in metabolism of type 2 diabetic patients by detecting the levels of fasting blood glucose,insulin (INS) and glycosy]ated hemoglobin (HbAlc) in normal glucose tolerance and abnormal glucose metabolism patients. Methods The levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,the fasting insulin and 2-hour postprandial insulin in 55 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients and 50 normal persons were detected bu using enzymatic, chemical luminescence and immunoturbidimetry. The results were analyzed with SPSS15.0 software. Results Levels of the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,fasting insulin ,2-hour postprandial insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetes patients were ( 11.12±2.91 )mmol/L, ( 19.40±3.38)retool/L, (20.27±7.44)μU/L, (28.65±10.16)μU/L and ( 10.74±2.13)% ,all higher than that of (5.35±0.60)mmol/L, (8.38±1.31) mmol/L, (11.47±2.26)μU/L, (35.21±11.38)μU/, (5.32±0.63)% in the normal ones,showing significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion It is of important significance of detecting levels of insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin in assessing the islet β-cell function of type 2 diabetic patients.
