摘要
我国绵白糖灰分的测定一直采用灼烧重量法,本文对用电导法测绵白糖灰分进行了初步研究,通过大量实验得出电导率灰分转换系数为6.6×10^(-4),与CAC 及 ICUMSA 中规定的转换系数6.0×10^(-4)特别接近,所以我们将此值也定为6.0×10^(-4)。实验中还对我国白砂糖的电导率灰分转换系数与国际标准中的灰分转换系数进行对比,国产白砂糖的灰分转换系数为5.7×10^(-4),与国际规定6.0×10^(-4)也很接近。
The gravimetric method is in common used for determining ash of thesoft sugar in China.The determining method of soft sugar ash by theconductometric method is discussed in this paper.The conversioncoefficient of the conductometric ash,6.6×10^(-4),is given through a largenumber tests.This result is close with the conversion coefficient 6.0×10^(-4)which is stipulated by CAC and ICUMSA.The conversion coefficient ofthe conductometric ash of white granulated sugar is contrasted China tointernational standard.The conversion coefficient of the conductometricash of white granulated sugar in China is 5.7×10^(-4).It close with6.0×10^(-4) that is stipulated by international.
