摘要 金刚石锯片其刀头多采用钴基胎体。由于钴价格昂贵,所以人们致力于以铁、镍代钴的研究。文章针对铁基胎体存在的问题,提出了改进措施,并指出,在选定原材料、确定相关试验条件后,试验加工的铁基胎体。 For diamond saw web, the cobaltbased matrix of bits is adopted widely. People are devoting themselves to the study of substituting cobalt with iron and nickel for the matrix due to the expensive price of cablat. This paper aims at the existing drawbacks of ironbased matrix, provides some improvement measures, and then points out that general performances of ironbased matrix which is processed by trials after selected raw materials and determined the relative test conditions can meet the requirements of production.
