枞阳县艾滋病流行因素分析

Analysis On The prevalent Factors Of AIDS In Zongyang County

目的研究枞阳县艾滋病流行特征,分析其流行因素,为有关部门制定相关措施提供依据。方法搜集艾滋病疫情网络报告系统及艾滋病病毒感染者个案流行病学调查资料,用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果枞阳县自2005年发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者以来,至目前已累计报告感染者40例,其中男性30例,女性10例,年龄主要为20～40岁的青壮年,农民和民工占30例,性途径传播38例。结论枞阳县艾滋病疫情呈逐年上升趋势,性传播成为主要传播途径,HIV感染正由高危人群向一般人群扩散,需要社会广泛参与并实施综合防治。

Objective To study the epidemiologic characteristics of AIDS in zongyang county,analyze the prevalent factors,and provide a scientific basis for the department concerned formulating related measures.Methods Materials of AIDS cases and HIV case epidemiological survey obtained from AIDS direct reporting network system were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results Since the first case of HIV found in Zongyang in 2005,so far,a total of 40 HIV positives had been found,and 30 of them were males,the others were females,their ages ranged from 20 to 40.Among 40 HIV positives,30 cases were farmers or migrant workers.And there were 38 cases infected by heterosexual contact.Conclusion The incidece of AIDS in Zongyang was increasing year by year,and the sexual contact became the main transmission route,the infection of HIV was spreading from high-risk populations to the general population,So extensive participation of whole society and the implementation of integrated control measures were necessary at present.
