旅游规划导向对城郊景区规划具有重要指引作用。剖析了城郊森林公园休闲旅游发展的驱动力。面对现实要素,指出城郊森林公园旅游规划须以社会效益为主导,采取社会发展导向旅游规划。提出并分析了城郊森林公园社会发展导向旅游规划愿景的战略部署,并制订了相应的旅游效益评价体系以及规划效益监控机制。

Orientation of tourism planning provides guidelines for scenic areas planning in cities and suburbs. This paper analyzes the impellent power of tourism development of forest parks in cities and suburbs, points out that tourism planning of forest parks in cities and suburbs should take social benefit as the dominant factor and adopt the tourism planning of society development orientation. The author also puts forward and analyzes orientation of forest parks monitoring mechanism of p the strategic deployment of tourism planning vision of society development in cities and suburbs. Finally, assessment system of tourism benefit and lanning benefit are built in the paper.
