摘要
为了查明Cu含量对WeldaliteTM049合金性能的影响,研究了4个实验合金的拉伸性能及部分微观组织.结果表明,综合考查强度与延伸率因素,3.93%Cu(质量分数)为最优含量;从T1相形成时Cu原子的扩散考虑,Cu原子浓度增大,促进了T1相形核析出.
The effect of Cu on properties of Weldalite TM 049 alloys has been studied by tensile test and TEM observation. The results indicate that considering both strength and ductility factors, the optimum Cu content is 3.93%(mass fraction). The strength of alloy increases with the increasing of Cu content, while prior cold work weakens this trend. And ductility is higher at lower Cu levels. It can be explained from Cu vacancy diffusion that high Cu content accelerates the nucleation of T 1 phase.
