摘要
乳化炸药全自动连续生产线（自动配料、自动配比、自动调产、自动包装）在我国尚属首例．作者介绍了该生产线微机监控系统的组成及工作原理，详细阐述了在自动连续生产过程中对温度、流量、配料、产量等控制的手段和策略．
The completely automatically continual production line, that is, automatic charge mixture,automatic charge ratio,automatic adjusting output, automatic packing, for water in oil emulsion explosive is the first example in our country. This paper describes briefly its composition and working principle ,and expounds the automatic control means and strategy for the temperature, flow, charge mixture , and charge ratio in continual production process.
