摘要
数控技术正在向开放式、网络化发展,新的STEP-NC标准已成为数控技术的最新研究方向。本文针对一个实际构建的网络协同制造平台,着重分析了EXPRESS/XML转换机制的实现方法,并用自学习机制快速建立XML-Schema库。本文提供的数据转换机制大大缩短了系统开发周期,扩展了STEP-NC在网络化制造中的应用。
NC tends to be more open and networked,and new STEP-NC has become the latest direction of development.This article mainly explains ways for the realization of EXPRESS/XML transformation mechanism,on the basis of actually constructed network collaborative manufacturing platform,and constructs rapidly XML-Schema database with self-learning mechanism.This data transformation mechanism shortens the period for system development and extends the application of STEP-NC in networked manufacturing.
