摘要
将基于单层板理论的逐渐累积损伤强度预测方法推广用于含孔二维机织复合材料层合板的强度预测,建立了含孔二维机织复合材料层合板的逐渐累积损伤强度预测方法。并在ANSYS软件平台上开发了相应的参数化二维机织复合材料含孔层合板逐渐累积损伤强度预测程序,对两种孔径两种铺层的含孔二维机织复合材料层合板的强度进行预测,并对其损伤扩展规律进行了分析。经与试验结果对比表明本文所建立的强度预测方法效果良好。
A progressive damage method of predicting the strength of 2-D woven fabric composite laminate is established in the paper,which is based on the theory of bidirectional ply.A parametric strength prediction programme based on progressive damage method for 2-D woven fabric composite laminate has been developed with Ansys Parameter Design Language on the ANSYS software.The strength of 2-D woven fabric composite laminate with two kinds of hole diameter is predicted.The damage progressive process is simulated by the method,and a good agreement is found between data obtained from this study and the experiment.
