伊斑磷酸钠联合最大雄激素阻断治疗前列腺癌骨转移疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察伊斑磷酸钠联合最大雄激素阻断治疗前列腺癌(PC)骨转移患者的骨转移灶进展、骨相关事件的发生情况及生活质量的影响。方法:16例PC并发骨转移患者应用伊斑磷酸钠4mg每月1次,同时行最大雄激素阻断治疗。结果:骨转移灶变化,好转2例,其中1例骨转移灶消失,稳定11例,进展3例,1例发生腰椎压缩骨折脊髓压迫;止痛效果,总有效率为81.3%;活动能力,有效8例,无变化7例,1例进展;不良反应多为0度,经对症治疗后均很快缓解,无严重不良反应发生。结论:伊斑磷酸钠联合最大雄激素阻断治疗PC骨转移疗效确切,减少骨相关事件、提高生活质量,患者耐受性较好,不良反应少。
