复方冰蜜生肌膏对PDGF表达的免疫组化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用免疫组化的方法观察复方冰蜜生肌膏对血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)蛋白表达量变化的影响。方法建立兔感染性皮肤缺损动物模型,3组动物模型分别用复方冰蜜生肌膏、百多邦软膏均匀涂抹伤口,生理盐水组单用生理盐水纱布覆盖伤口,每2天换药1次。术后第5、10、15、20天分批处死兔子,并切取新生皮肤标本进行免疫组化染色,通过图象分析系统进行阳性细胞计数和记录阳性细胞率,测定面密度和平均光密度值,来观察PDGF蛋白表达量的变化。结果复方冰蜜生肌膏组阳性细胞数及阳性细胞率明显增加,示PDGF含量明显增加,与百多邦组、生理盐水组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论复方冰蜜生肌膏能明显促进伤口肉芽组织中PDGF的表达。 Objective The method of immunohistochemistry was utilized to observe the effect of the compound BHO to the expressing of PDGF. Methods After the model of wound animal be fabricated,to used the compound BHO, Bactroban to daub the wounds respectively on the model animals.and the group of normal saline(NS) simply used the NS gauze to mantle, then binded up the wounds.Every two day respectively used the different medicine to replace the gauze.Every five days killed some rabbits and acquire the specimens of the new-born skin, after the specimens be immunohistochemistry strained, used electronic computer automatic analyticl system of the picture to count the number of positive ceils and positive cell percentage,and measure the number of surface density and the number of average light density, to examine the change of the expressing of PDGF. Result show the number of positive cells and positive cell percentage of the compound BHO group were obviously increassing,so the expressing of PDGF was obviously increassing. Compared with the group of NS and that of Bactroban, there were quite different (P〈0.05) . Conclusion the compound BHO could obviously increase the expressing of PDGF in granulation tissue of the wounds.
