应用组织多普勒对糖尿病患者左室舒张功能的评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨组织多普勒成像技术(DTI)对2型糖尿病(DM)患者左室舒张功能进行评估的价值。方法应用常规二维、M型超声心动图测量射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS);应用组织多普勒成像(DTI)检测二尖瓣环运动频谱、脉冲多普勒技术(PDW)检测二尖瓣口血流频谱,并进行对比研究。结果①糖尿病组患者的EF、FS与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②糖尿病组患者二尖瓣环室间隔处E'、E'/A'较对照组显著减低、E/E'较对照组增高(P<0.05);但减速时间(DT)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DTI技术与PDW技术均可检出2型糖尿病患者左室舒张功能受损,但DTI技术更准确,能识别假性正常化模式,二者结合,可提高左室舒张功能受损诊断的准确性和敏感性,为糖尿病心肌病提供更早期的诊断依据。
