C反应蛋白测定在扩张型和缺血性心肌病鉴别诊断中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 扩张型心肌病和缺血性心肌病在临床工作中均较常见,据统计,在住院患者中,心肌病可占心血管病的5%,近年心肌病有增加趋势[1]。能否对两种疾病做出及时正确的诊断,是提高抢救成功的关键。扩张型心肌病是心肌病中常见的一种,而这种病迄今病因不明,因而缺乏特异性诊断指标;
