三峡工程大江截流及二期围堰工程是三峡工程网络计划关键线路上的项目，施工难度大，建设标准高，牵涉面广，料源分散，施工强度高，工期紧，水下、地下工程量大，不可预见因素较多，使得工程投资控制难度较大。建设过程中采取有效措施，保证了工程建设质量、进度，工程投资得到了有效控制。合同总投资额53787．21万元，实际投资额57929．43万元，投资额增量7.7％。

As an item on the critical path of TGP network plan, the construction of the second -phase cofferdams and river closure dealt with such extreme difficulies, high construction standards, high construction intensity, tense schedule, scattered resources of materials, huge surface and underwater quantities and many uncertain factors that it was extremely dlfficult to control over the investment of the works. During construction the effective measures were taken to ensure controlling well over the construction quality, time schedule and investment.The total investment amount stipulated in contract documents was RMB 537. 8721 M, and the actual investment amount was 579.2943 M with an increment of 7. 7 %.
