文章分析了现阶段广西船舶生产企业现状及存在的主要问题,并从管理角度提出了推动船舶修造工业健康发展的对策和建议,为广西船舶生产企业提升船舶生产水平、实现跨越式发展提供思路。
The article analyzes the current status and major problems of ship manufacturing industry in Guangxi.It gives suggestion on how to improve the overall industry from a manag-erial perspective and provides new thoughts on how to increase productivity and reach major improvement.
