并行工程被誉为企业赢得竞争的一种有效方法，具有模块化的实质。企业运用模块化理论指导并行设计和并行管理的实施，有利于提高其质量和效率。
This paper noints out that Concurrent Engineering has the characteristics of modular- ization. It is advantageous to raise quality and efficiency of concurrent deign and concurrent management,when that is guided by useing modular principles.
