浅谈高房价的影响成因及调控对策

Shallow Analyse on the Factors and Regulate Strategy of High Price of House

当前,我国的房价经过这几年疯狂的高涨,已经到了一个令人难以接受的地步,而由此也引发了诸多的问题。房价过高带来的影响诸多,对经济发展的影响尤为严重。高房价产生的原因主体有政府、银行、土地和房地产机会投资者。本文对高房价的影响及成因进行了详细的分析并提出了一些简要的对策。

The price of house is crazily raising as high as unacceptable in recently years so as to many problems occours,and most important is the influence to the development of ecnomy.The factors of high price house mainly come from the government,banks and the investors of land and real estate.This thesis particularly analysed the factors of high price of house and proposed some regulate strategies.
