针对公共图书馆服务创新动力系统建设问题,从协同观视角系统探讨了公共图书馆创新动力系统的协同内涵。应用系统动力学相关理论,初步构建了公共图书馆服务创新动力系统,并详细阐述了公共图书馆内部创新动力系统和外部创新动力系统两个子系统及其各构成因子相互关系,以期为公共图书馆服务创新动力系统建设提供参考,进而为公众提供更加优质的文化服务。

Contraposing the construction of innovation dynamic system of service of public library,The synergetic meaning of innovation dynamic system of service of public library is explored systematically in perspective of synergy.The innovation dynamic system of service of public library is built applying the System Dynamic theories.The internal innovation dynamic system and external innovation dynamic system of public libarary are described detailedlly.In addition,the relationship among the constituent elements of the various subsystems is analyzed systematically.The purpose of the conclusion was to offer reference for the construction of innovation dynamic system of service of public library,and further povide better services for public.
