In modern hospital management,The construction of human service should be taken in terms of language practice,service system,medical procedures and environmental facilities so that Patients and their families can enjoy human care,warmness, and family love there.Only in this way can the hospital survive and win in the tense competition without being eliminated by market in this rapidly changing world.
