The development of network age affords us the methods of acquiring and disseminating information,in this open and unrestrained world,legal norms have been introduced into the discussion of the conflict in the legal rules in social media by scholars. Internet fame has become an important norm.Thus it concerns coordination of basic right of personality,between which consists of reputation,freedom of expression and action.When the private data was illegally got,broadcasted and used,it accompanied the more serious than loss of money.With the development of network and increasing number of vicious cases,legal problems of network infringement take place with public notice.
