Democratic centralism is our Party＇s fundamental organizational principle and leadership system,it is an important guarantee of what condensing all Party member＇s willing and strength.As the base of all the Party＇s work and fighting capacity：The Primary Party branch only strengthen democratic consciousness,strengthen the democratic style,to develop democracy habit,make scientific concentration,can it strengthen cohesive force and the battle efficiency constantly,thereby,provide a strong organized guarantee for our army to full fill historical mission in the new stage and the new century.
