基层信访是我国信访工作的关键部分。当前我国集体上访和越级上访不断增多,使基层信访部门存在的各种问题不断暴露出来。本文仅从与上访群众接触最多的基层信访部门入手,对基层信访部门进行改革,以有效解决信访问题。

The work of grass-roots petition is a key part of our petition.In recent years,the number of collective petitions and leapfrog petition is increasing,which making many problems to be exposed.This article only starts from the grass-roots petition departments who frequently contact the petitioners,and make reform of it in order to solve the problem effectively.
