部队思想政治教育建设,就是部队依据思想政治教育的原则和规范,有目的、有计划、有组织地对官兵施加系统的思想政治影响的活动。它是培养我军官兵高尚的共产主义品质,形成良好道德风尚和优良传统的重要途径。正确认识当前加强和创新部队思想政治教育的重要性和必要性,客观分析部队思想政治教育的现状,探讨官兵思想政治教育的规律和途径,从而扎实有效地搞好部队建设、特别是提高官兵思想政治素质具有重要意义。

Ideological and political education of the army is to throw ideological and political influences purposefully,designedly and organically on the officers and soldiers according to the principles and regulations of the Ideological and Political education.It＇s a kind of important method to build up high quality of the communist and form a good morality of our officers and soldiers.How to correctly realize the importance and necessity of enchancing and innovating the ideological and political education,how to analyze objectively the current situation of it,and how to looking for the method and pathway to the ideological and political education.It＇s very important for us to forge a good army,especially to promote the ideological and political quality of the officers and soldiers.
