Descriptions of the National Government's Five-department System

国民政府五院,是国民政府机关的基本组成部分,是中央政权体系的实体。虽然形式上按照孙中山的五权宪法思想建立,但在实际运行中却背离了孙中山五权宪法思想的内在精神。

The five departments are the basic components of national government,and also the entity of central political system. Although they are established according to Sun yat-sen＇s five-power constitution in form,but in actual operation they deviates from the internal spirit of Sun＇s five-power constitution thought.
