摘要
为提高运动员训练效率,延长运动员职业生命,,笔者对湖南省跆拳道项目运动员运动损伤的部位与成因进行相关调查,研究发现,损伤部位以足部、膝关节、肘关节部位最为多见;损伤性质多为软组织挫伤、韧带撕伤、肌肉拉伤;损伤原因多为负荷过重、自我保护不当和准备运动不足。研究认为,从事跆拳道项目的运动员若能完善动作技能,减少重复单一动作练习,以及加强医务监怪,可以大大减少运动损伤的发生,使运动员长期、稳定的保持良好的竞技状态。
To improve training efficiency and extending the life of Athletes,we must understand the location of Taekwondo and the reasons damage.The author conduct a survey of Taekwondo teams sports injury in Hunan Province.Through the research we know,the most injury of site is foot,knee and elbow position.The nature of injury mostly are soft tissue contusion,ligament tear injury and muscle strain.The reason of damage mostly are overloading,improper self-protection and lack of exercise to prepare. Studies suggest that if the athletes in taekwondo can improve motor skills,reduce to practice the duplication of a single action and strengthen the medical oversight;only in this way athletes can greatly reduce the incidence of sports injuries and be long-term,stable good athletic condition.
