摘要
目的探讨护理干预在老年患者冠状动脉CT检查中的作用。方法对在我院老年干部保健门诊168例行冠状动脉CT检查的老年患者给予护理干预并观察患者生理心理反应。结果护理干预前后，患者生理心理反应指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可有效的控制老年冠状动脉CT检查患者的心理应激反应，保持心律平稳，减少不良反应的发生，提高检查质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on CTA of elder patients. Methods Nursing intervention was applied in 168 elder patients between 65 and 80, who would be treated with CTA. Results The physiological and psychological reaction of patients was changed significantly after nursing intervention（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively handle psychological stress response, preserve BP and HR so as to decrease the occurrence of complication and increase quality of examination.
