抢救车全程质量控制方法的改进

Method improvement of total quality control of the rescue vehicles

目的通过改进抢救车全程质量控制方法，达到确保抢救物品齐备完好，抢救工作安全、快捷、有效。方法统一规范管理病区抢救车配备、放置、检查、封存、髓记的全过程，对全院抢救车实行急救药品、物品统一规范配置，设计多层带锁抢救车分区分类放置，规范检查流程，统一标签封存，Excel文档登记管理。结果全院36台病房抢救车采用全程质量控制后，抢救时取用物品所需时间、每班清点补充交接物品所需时间、抢救时医生满意度、药品效期管理与实施前比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论改进病区抢救车全程质量控制方法能确保抢救病人时应用急救物品、药品迅速、安全、有效，检查交接省时、便捷、准确、高效，值得在临床推广应用。
