摘要
介绍了一个采用温度和工艺补偿电流镜实现的基准电流源。与绝对温度成正比(PTAT)的电流和与绝对温度互补(CTAT)电流以一定权重相加产生与温度无关的基准电流。在Cadence软件平台下用Spectre工具,基于CSMC 0.5um BiCMOS工艺模型对电路进行仿真,仿真结果表明该基准可输出2152uA的稳定电流,-40-85℃内,温度系数为24.4ppm/℃。
A current reference using temperature and process compensation current mirror is proposed. The temperature independent reference current is generated by summing a proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) current and a complementary to absolute temperature (CTAT) current. Simulation is implemented under the Cadence's Spectre based on CSMC 0.5um BiCMOS process. Simulation Result indicates the proposed current reference can output a 21.52uA stable current, and the temperature coefficient is 24.4ppm/℃over a temperature range of-40-85℃.
