汾河灌区存在的问题和发展对策

Existing Problems and Developing Measures of Fenhe Irrigation District

汾河灌区灌溉供水严重不足，每年平均只灌一次，每亩次净灌５７ ｍ３ ，严重制约着农业生产的发展。为此，加速发展河井双灌，合理引用区间（ 洪） 水，取消沿河高灌抽水，发展工业供水市场，开展节水灌溉等，可促进灌区农业的持续发展。

In the view of existing problems in Fenhe irrigation district such as increasing of water demand,decreasing of water supply and low water utilization rate,some countermeasures are given in order to keep sustainable development of the irrigation district. They are:[1]developing rapidly irrigation with both river water and well water;[2]using the intervening flood inflow;[3]strengthening the management of small pumping stations along the river;[4]consolidating old industry water supply market and opening actively new market;[5]implementing the new water price policy as soon as possible;and [6]practising water saving irrigation to improve the level of irrigation management.
