早期子宫颈癌临床与病理特点分析

Analysis of Clinical and Pathologic Characteristics of Early Stage Cervical Cancer

探讨IB期～ⅡB期宫颈癌术后患者的病理特点及与FIGO分期的关系和FIGO与TNM分期的差异。结果显示盆腔淋巴结转移与间质浸润深度及脉管侵犯关系密切；FIGO分期高，间质浸润深及脉管侵犯，盆腔淋巴结转移的机会高；FIGO与TNM分期存在差异，而TNM分期与预后的关系更加密切。

Discuss the association of pathological characteristics and HGO stage of I B-- II B postoperative cervical cancer patients and compare the difference between FIGO and TNM stage. The results showed pelvic lymph node metastasis has relationship with the depth of interstitial infiltration and the occurrence of vessel invasion. The metastasis of pelvic lymph node is more likely to happen, if the clinical stage is higher, the interstitial infiltration is deeper and the vessel infiltration is existent. Moreover, FIGO stage showed some differences with TNM stage, and TNM stage has closer relationship with prognosis of cervical cancer than FIGO stage.
